The term “millésime” (vintage) refers to the year of harvest of the grapes used to produce a wine and is particularly significant in the world of champagne. Unlike non-vintage champagne, which is a blend of wines from several years, a vintage champagne is made exclusively from grapes harvested in a single year, making it a very special product!
